I had a problem with my email account and called interpro technology for help. I bought pay as you go hours.They did get me up and running again, however after waiting 18hrs for all the messages to download from the server I was missing all my sent history. I called them again and they created a duplicate account telling me I had to access this account for archive information. I told them this wasn’t right and they said they could probably fix it when my slow internet connection was fixed.In truth I had lost faith at this point so called an IT friend who I hadn’t spoke to for ages. He was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes and delete the archive account. He questioned why the emails were downloaded from the server when they were all stored in a back up folder.A polite and helpful company and not. A bad experience. I felt they were lacking true expertise dealing with my issue hence 4 stars.
We recently had I.T.S. upgrade our office's IT infrastructure, and the experience was outstanding. They installed digital telephones, a new internet system, and WiFi setup. The entire process was smooth, and their professionalism shone through. They also designed and host our new website, and we couldn't be happier with the results, they made our life easy.
